Working process: Manually put the metal tubes (max. 16 tubes ) into the tube-holding base. Change angular potion of each tube by means of mechanical transmission. Photoelectric device is used to detect the position of tube and if there is any tube in right position. During the process caps are fed with the help of electro-magnetic vibration tray and are screwed by motor. Thus caps are screwed tightly. Stepless speed regulation and photoelectric device are used for control through the filling progress. The machine can be used for the filling and sealing process for liquid material or 502# glue.
